Pen & Lolly's Neon skirt set includes a sexy geometric skirt with 3 adjustable side straps and 2 leg straps with a halter-top that has 2 adjustable back straps and one for the neck. Also included are colorful crisscross strap detail on the front of the top and side of the skirt. Matching cuffs and collar are included to complete the outfit.
