Pen & Lolly's Neon skirt set includes a sexy geometric skirt with 3 adjustable side straps and 2 leg straps with a halter-top that has 2 adjustable back straps and one for the neck. Also included are colorful crisscross strap detail on the front of the top and side of the skirt. Matching cuffs and collar are included to complete the outfit. Fabric is matt pvc that should be machine washed on cold. Pen & Lolly make all their outfits to order, so if there is any custom colors, sizing or more you'd like to do just contact us!!
