Pen & Lolly's Stomp includes a plunging halter top with adjustable neck and back straps. This set is machine washable and made from PU polyester with a matt finish, but it's recommended to hand wash with mild detergent. Pen & Lolly make all their outfits to order, so if there is any custom colors, sizing or more you'd like to do just contact us!!
