Shipping Policy
Rave-Nation uses the United States Postal Service for most shipments. We generally pack and ship all orders within two business days. Orders are then sent via First Class mail for a total delivery time of 4-8 business days. Larger orders may be sent via Parcel Post, this may add 2-3 days to delivery time.
All Rave Outfits, Leg Warmers, and Wrist Cuffs could take 2-3 weeks for delivery and may not be shipped via USPS. These items are often made at time of order and shipped directly from the manufacturer, increasing delivery time.
We do not accept orders from or ship to outside the U.S
Returns/Cancellations
We do not accept returns. Cancellations can be made up until time of shipment.
We check the quality of our items before shipment, so quality issues rarely arise. IF there is an issue with an item, it needs to be reported immediately. We will accept an exchange within 3 days of delivery, given that the product has not been worn or used.
Rave Apparel Policy All Rave Outfits and Leg Warmers are made to order, and can only be returned if there is serious flaws in the item. If this is to occur the return needs to be made WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
